Shop Policies
Payment
- Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and all forms of major credit cards are accepted.
- If your payment is delayed for any reason, please get in touch!
Shipping
- Shipping is free to all U.S. customers; no coupon needed!
- Items will be shipped within 1-3 business days upon receipt of payment. Orders made on Saturday and Sunday will be mailed out on Monday.
- Items are gift-wrapped and shipped in a small parcel box to prevent crushing via USPS.
- Tracking is included with shipping and tracking numbers will be provided once items have been shipped.
- If your package is delayed, please contact us and we will try to rectify the situation. However, please be aware that a parcel is "lost" after a full 30 days from the date of shipping. Replacements will not be made sooner than this.
- International customers, please contact us for a shipping quote.
- We do not accept responsibility for any customs issues, costs, or refusals. Please investigate your country's customs laws or costs prior to purchase. If a parcel comes back to us from customs in its original condition, we will refund your money.
Refunds & Exchanges
- We offer a 10-day full refund for return policy (excluding custom orders). If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 10 days of receiving it.
- Returns are not accepted with custom orders. Custom orders include a proofing process with pictures prior to handmaking the item for you. Also, returns are NOT accepted for earrings for health and safety reasons.
- We want you to be happy with your order and will work with you to sort out any issues!
- If you need to return an item, please mail it back in its original condition and a full refund will be issued upon receipt of the package.
- We do not accept responsibility for paying postage for your return.
